What We’ve Found – The Interior

Hey, what’s up, hello! We are back with another What We’ve Found!

Will Cox: The facade of the former Westinghouse building.

This month we are asking you to respond to the theme “The Interior.” Take it however you like! This theme can encompass a broad range on contexts: From the deep state, to flyover country, to your own living room, this theme can take on many visual forms. Whether it is rooted in the expansion of mass production of objects, or lands that have been left to be forgotten, this theme will intertwine interiors defined by architecture and those defined by landscape. So dig through those hard drives and archives, or better yet, make some new work! Think conceptually, take risks, and show us something that questions the notion of the interior. The results of this call for entry will be published online on or around April 1st!
